October 7, 2008 Complete Scores Cougars Place Seventh at Butler          INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- Southern Illinois University Edwardsville golfer Matt Lehl shot a three-over par 216 for three rounds at the Butler Fall Invitational.          The Cougars placed seventh as a team after holding as high as fourth place in the 14-team tournament.          Lehl shot a 68 in the opening round and secured his spot among the leaders. Neal McCarty, who tied the SIUE 18-hole record last week, tied teammateTyler Link for 21st place overall this week with a 218. There were followed by Matt Muckensturm with a 227 for 61st place and Nick Nuzzo with a 230, tieing for 71st place.          Indianapolis won the 54-hole event by 22 strokes over Creighton. Indianapolis finished with an 840 team score. SIUE finished with an 875.
