January 12, 2006 SIUE Women's Soccer To Face SEMO at Savvis Center          EDWARDSVILLE, ILL. - The Southern Illinois University Edwardsville women’s soccer team will face Southeast Missouri State in an exhibition game at the Savvis Center on Saturday, April 1.          The Cougars game will be played at 5:30 p.m. before the Steamers battle the Milwaukee Wave at 7:05 p.m. An SIUE alumni team also will take on an alumni team made up of Southeast Missouri State players at 4:30 p.m.          SIUE finished the 2005 season with its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1998. The Cougars won a school record 17 games, finishing in second place in the Great Lakes Valley Conference with an 11-2 mark. SIUE tied the school records for consecutive wins with 10 and shutouts at 11.          Tickets to the event are $12 each in advance and orders must be received by March 17th to take advantage of a discount off the regular price.
